Low Density Tubing is the most popular tubing choice for use in shallow monitoring wells. LDPE tubing is more flexible than HDPE and is less likely to develop a kink.
This tubing can form an integral part of the Waterra Pump Standard System and can accommodate D-16, D-25, SS-16 and SS-19 Foot Valves.
Standard Flow LDPE Tubing comes in 100, 200, and 500 foot rolls and measures 1/2 x 5/8 inch.
Description
Waterra LDPE Standard Flow Tubing (Low Density Polyethylene) Tubing can be used as part of the Waterra Pump Standard System. The difference in rigidity between LDPE and HDPE does not have a significant impact on the performance of the inertial pump in shallow wells. LDPE Standard Flow Tubing is recommended for use with the submersible pumps.

*Leaving non UV protected polyethylene tubing exposed to sunlight or a UV light source will result in the material becoming brittle. The material will then fracture very easily. Keep you tubing protected from these light sources until your ready to install it in your well and it will last for may years.
