Shipping & Returns
Waterra does not have its own delivery service so relies on third party carriers.
We can help you with a pre-arranged pick up from one of our facilities or we can ship out your order on a carrier of your choice; eg; Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc.
Larger orders tend to go by truck and we can work with a carrier of your choice. Internationally, we ship by air freight and larger orders can go by sea in shipping containers.
We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers and other such tracking information if you would like.
Please note we may ask you for a credit card number or an account number for a shipping company of your choice to send your order. We will NOT share that information with anyone other than you and the shipping company.
We do recognize that sometimes the shipments can have a rough ride so we really do our best to package robustly.
Returned good must be pre-arranged with our staff.
Also, we hope you understand we can not credit you back if the returned goods are dirty, damaged or compromised so that they are not resaleable.\
