Shipping & Returns

Waterra accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment.

SHIPPING

We can help you with a prearranged pickup from one of our facilities. Select Warehouse Pickup on checkout for this option.

Waterra fills almost all of its orders for products on an Ex Works basis unless a specific arrangement is made otherwise. Ex Works means that we will load the shipment onto a truck at a Waterra facility but all expenses beyond that point including transport, duties, customs fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Waterra does not have its own delivery service so relies on third party carriers – we can ship out your order on a carrier of your choice; eg; Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc. You will see a list of shipping options on checkout, just select the one that best meets your needs and budget.

If the only shipping option is Please Supply a Shipping Quote, we are unable to calculate shipping for the order and will supply a separate shipping quote. Upon acceptance of the shipping terms you will receive a separate invoice for the cost of shipping. If you do not like the shipping options offered we will assist you in cancelling your order and processing a 100% refund of your order.

Larger orders tend to go by truck and we can work with a carrier of your choice. Internationally, we ship by air freight and larger orders can go by sea in shipping containers.

We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers and other such tracking information if you would like.

Please note we may ask you for a credit card number or an account number for a shipping company of your choice to send your order. We will NOT share that information with anyone other than you and the shipping company.

We do recognize that sometimes the shipments can have a rough ride so we really do our best to package robustly.

RETURNS

Returned goods including warranty returns must be prearranged with our staff. Please contact us for an RMA.

Accepted within 30 days if non repairable and defective. Free shipping of replacement item.

Accepted within 30 days if unwanted or mis-ordered, if in unused condition and in original packaging where applicable. We hope you understand we can not credit you back if the returned goods are dirty, damaged or compromised so that they are not re-saleable.

10% restocking fee may apply.
